矿井主通风机轴承故障机理分析及诊断方法研究

摘    要:矿井主通风机轴承状态监测和故障诊断是确保煤矿安全通风的重要前提,基于煤矿通风系统概况,分析了矿井主通风机轴承故障机理,主要为滚动轴承的结构、振动特性与滚动轴承的失效形式、故障类型,得到了滚动轴承振动特性产生的内部因素及故障类型;研究了通风机轴承故障诊断程序结构,主要包括诊断分类模块、特征提取模块、常规分析模块、采集和储存模块,并设计了轴承在线故障诊断平台。研究保证了矿井通风系统的正常运转。

Abstract:The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine main fan bearing is an important premise to ensure the safety ventilation of coal mine.Based on the general situation of mine ventilation system,the fault mechanism of mine main fan bearing was analyzed,mainly including the structure and vibration characteristics of rolling bearing,the failure forms and fault types of rolling bearing,and the internal factors and fault types of rolling bearing vibration characteristics were obtained.The structure of fan bearing fault diagnosis program was studied,including diagnosis classification module,feature extraction module,conventional analysis module,acquisition and storage module,and the bearing online fault diagnosis platform was designed.The research ensured the normal operation of the mine ventilation system.
