石化低碳转型发展绿氢的挑战与建议

摘    要:将可再生能源生产的绿氢作为工业原料和替代燃料,用于炼油化工、冶金、建材制造和交通运输等脱碳难度大的行业,能够发挥显著的碳减排作用。国际上一些著名的石油公司在新能源和氢能业务发展方面做出了表率,不少项目展示了良好的示范效应。但是,绿氢生产因太阳能和风能能量密度低,电解水制氢经济性差而面临占地多、成本高等难题。石化转型发展氢能不仅能够巩固交通能源供给的优势地位,而且有助于减少自身的碳排放,建议加强该领域的技术创新开发,提高工艺经济性水平,降低投资和运行管理成本;并充分利用社会资源,创新发展模式,降低发展风险,获得更多发展先机。

Abstract:As industrial raw materials and alternative fuels, green hydrogen produced from renewable energy can play a great role in carbon mitigation for industries with great difficulty in decarbonization, such as oil refining and chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials manufacturing, traffic and transportation. Some well-known international oil companies have set an example in the development of new energy and hydrogen energy business, and many projects have shown good demonstration effects. However, green hydrogen production faces the problems of large land occupation and high cost due to low energy density of solar and wind energies, and poor economy of hydrogen production from electrolytic water. In order to develope green hydrogen business, the petrochemical industry can not only consolidate the dominant position of transportation energy supply, but also help to reduce itself carbon emissions. It is necessary to strengthen technological innovation and development, improve the level of process economy, reduce investment costs and production costs. Moreover, in order to obtain more development opportunities, the petrochemical industry should make full use of social resources, innovate operation models, reduce development risks.
