风电场生态环境评价及其恢复治理技术研究

摘    要:针对风电场不同程度的粗放施工、过度开挖、渣土随意倾倒、环境恢复工程滞后等问题,评价了响屏山风电场生态环境,治理区存在的主要生态环境问题为渣坡带来的植被破坏问题,并进行了恢复治理技术研究;综合运用渣坡整理工程、挡墙工程、排水沟工程、覆土工程、绿化工程等技术手段,对渣坡堆放形成的生态环境问题进行综合治理,并分析了施工对环境的影响。研究实现了响屏山风电场周边地质环境进入良性循环,不仅提高人民生活环境质量、改善生态环境、调节气候、美化环境,而且对风电场生态环境恢复治理具有示范及指导意义,具有良好的经济、社会和环境效益。

Abstract:In view of the extensive construction of wind farms to varying degrees,excessive excavation,random dumping of slag and lagging environmental restoration projects,the ecological environment of Xiangpingshan Wind Farm was evaluated.The main ecological environmental problem in the treatment area was the destruction of vegetation caused by the slag slope.
It also conducted research on restoration and treatment technology;comprehensively used technical means such as slag slope consolidation engineering,retaining wall engineering,drainage ditch engineering,earth-covering engineering,and greening engineering to comprehensively control the ecological environmental problems caused by slag slope stacking,and analyzed the impact of construction on the environment.The study had realized that the geological environment surrounding the Xiangpingshan Wind Farm had entered a virtuous circle,which not only improved the quality of people′s living environment,improved the ecological environment,regulated the climate,and beautified the environment,Moreover,it had demonstrative and guiding significance for the restoration and management of the ecological environment of wind farms,and had good economic,social and environmental benefits.
