高效液相色谱法测定柴油多环芳烃含量的关键影响因素

摘    要:准确测定多环芳烃含量对于清洁柴油的生产以及环境保护至关重要。针对影响高效液相色谱法测定柴油多环芳烃含量的关键因素,依次考察色谱柱类型、系统平衡时间、基线的划分、模型化合物的选择对柴油中多环芳烃含量测定结果的影响。结果表明:部分氨基键合的液相色谱柱存在单环芳烃和双环芳烃分界点不明确的问题,会影响多环芳烃测定结果的准确性,不建议采用;为获得准确的反冲洗时间,需要在样品分析前,采用系统性能验证标准溶液测试系统状态,待反冲洗时间波动在0.2 min内方可进行样品测试;对于芳烃含量较高的催化裂化柴油以及部分加氢精制柴油,推荐采用SH/T 0606—2019方法(质谱法)进行多环芳烃含量的测定。

Abstract: It is importantto accurately determine polycyclic aromatics content for clean diesel fuelproduction and environment protection. To identify key factors which can impacton analytical results of polycyclic aromatics by high performance liquidchromatography (HPLC) method, effects of column types, system conditioningtime, baseline and model compound selection were investigated. Experimentalresults show that some commercial columns are not recommended to use due totheir ambiguous valley between mono-aromatics and di-aromatics.To obtain accurate backflush time, it is recommended to use the systemperformance standard (SPS) to evaluate the system condition. Before theanalytical procedures start, make sure that the fluctuation range of backflushtime should be ensured within 0.2 min. For FCC orhydro-refiningdiesel fuels with high contents of aromatics, it is recommended to use gaschromatography mass spectrometry method to determine aromatic contents.
