酸化/氧化调理对活性污泥胞外聚合物及脱水性能影响研究

摘    要:活性污泥(WAS)经酸化/氧化处理后,胞外聚合物发生变化:在强酸环境下,总胞外聚合物以芳香族蛋白质为主,随着酸性的减弱,提取物中以类腐殖质物质为主;溶解型胞外聚合物在强酸条件下提取出来的主要有机物为类富里酸,随着酸性的减弱,类腐殖质物质占据主要地位;松散结合型胞外聚合物中检测到主要的有机物则为类富里酸及类蛋白质;紧密结合型胞外聚合物的提取物主要是与芳香族氨基酸结构有关的类蛋白质。经3.0 g/L高铁酸钾溶液氧化调理后,各层胞外聚合物提取液检测到的多糖和蛋白质含量较未处理条件下分别高出120倍和1倍以上。根据脱水性能测试结果,酸化处理与氧化处理后,污泥的脱水性能提高了9%。

Abstract:When the waste activated sludge (WAS) was acidified/oxidized, the extracellular polymer changed. The total extracellular polymer was dominated by aromatic proteins under strong acid condition; as the acidity decreased, the extract was dominated by humus-like substances. When soluble extracellular polymer was extracted under strong acid conditions, the dominated organic matter was fulvic acid; as the acidity decreased, the extract was dominated by similar humic substances. The main organic compounds detected in loosely bound extracellular polymers were fulvic acid and class of proteins. The extracts of tightly bound extracellular polymers were mainly proteins-like related to the structure of aromatic amino acids. After the oxidation treatment with 3.0 g/L potassium ferrate, the polysaccharide and protein content detected in the extracellular polymer extracts of each layer were 120 times and 1 time higher than that under the untreated condition, respectively. According to the dewatering tests results of the acidification treatment and oxidation treatment, the dewaterability of sludge was improved by more than 9%.
