摘    要:为有效处理电力变压器观测数据,提升电力变压器检修计划的针对性,提出了基于模糊C均值算法的电力变压器大数据的聚类分析方法.该方法使用主成分分析方法对电力变压器的观测参数进行压缩,得到4个主要参数,然后基于所确定的主要参数使用模糊C均值算法对观测数据进行无监督分类,对所得聚类进行解释从而确定检修的优先级.实验过程展示了使用...

Abstract:In order to effectively process the observed data of power transformer and improve the pertinence of power transformer maintenance plan,a clustering analysis method of power transformer big data based on fuzzy C-means algorithm is proposed.In this method,principal component analysis is used to compress the observed parameters of power transformer,and four main parameters are obtained.Then,based on the determined main parameters,the fuzzy C-means algorithm is used to classify the observed data unsupervised,and the obtained clustering is interpreted to determine the priority of maintenance.The experimental process shows the specific operation steps of this method,which shows that this method has the potential to improve the pertinence of power transformer maintenance.
