基于改进PID控制光电探测系统能耗优化方法研究

摘    要:为了解决光电探测系统存在的能量消耗大的问题,提出基于改进PID控制光电探测系统能耗优化方法。该方法根据光电探测系统的运行原理构建系统数据模型,在该数学模型下安装改进PID控制器设备。计算光电探测系统能量消耗,并结合能耗计算结果,实现光电探测系统能耗控制与优化。通过性能测试实验得出结论:与传统能耗优化方法相比,设计能耗优化方法能够在维持光电探测系统功能的情况下,节省约29.6 kW能量。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large energy consumption in photoelectric detection system,an energy consumption optimization method based on improved PID control was proposed.According to the operation principle of photoelectric detection system,the system data model was constructed,and the improved PID controller was installed under the mathematical model.The energy consumption of the photoelectric detection system was calculated,and combined with the energy consumption calculation results,the energy consumption control and optimization of the photoelectric detection system were realized.Through the performance test,it was concluded that compared with the traditional energy consumption optimization method,the design energy consumption optimization method can save about 29.6 kW energy while maintaining the function of the photoelectric detection system.
