物联网技术在煤矿设备异常故障监测中的应用研究

摘    要:煤矿生产安全吸引了越来越多的关注,煤矿信息化逐渐变得发达,然而目前仍存在一些问题。煤矿互联网技术为煤炭信息化发展提供了新的思路。通过互联网的最新进步,提出了基于物联网技术的煤矿智能监控系统,旨在监测煤矿生产过程。基于控制器区域网络(CAN)总线和ZigBee技术完成了所提出的感测网络架构。由电池供电的感测节点工作周期由特定的工作模型扩展,煤矿设备故障状态可以通过网络节点的查询路由表获得。当煤矿设备危险问题出现时,可以立即监测挖掘的过程,并立即警告矿工和管理人员,提升了煤矿生产的本质安全化管理水平。

Abstract:As coal mine production safety has attracted more and more attention,coal mine informatization has gradually become developed,but there are still some problems.Coal mine Internet technology provides new ideas for the development of coal informatization.Through the latest advances in the Internet,this article proposes a coal mine intelligent monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology,which aims to monitor the coal mine production process.The proposed sensing network architecture is completed based on the controller area network (CAN) bus and ZigBee technology.The working cycle of the battery-powered sensor node is extended by a specific working model,and the fault status of coal mine equipment can be obtained by querying the routing table of the network node.When a dangerous problem with coal mine equipment occurs,the process of excavation can be monitored immediately,and miners and managers can be warned immediately,which improves the level of intrinsic safety management of coal mine production.
