新疆第五次煤田火区普查成果分析

相较于2013年新疆开展的第四次煤田火区普查成果，新疆新生煤田火区增加，部分未治理的煤田火区面积扩大以及责任主体灭失，给新疆煤炭工业的能源基地建设、井田划分、矿区规划、矿井安全生产、生态环境保护带来严重影响。2019年，新疆开展了第五次煤田火区普查，以新疆第五次煤田火区普查结果为研究对象，分析了新疆煤田火区的特点、变化原因、危害和影响。新疆煤田火灾存在分布广、发展快、新火区产生快、易发煤火风险区域多等特点，煤田火区的持续燃烧造成损失煤炭资源、污染大气环境、破坏土壤环境、污染水资源、易发地质灾害等危害。针对上述特点和危害，提出了新疆煤田火区治理措施，为新疆煤田火区治理规划提供了基础资料和决策依据。

Analysis on results of the fifth coalfield fire area survey in Xinjiang

Compared with the results of the fourth general survey of coalfield fires in Xinjiang in 2013，the number of new coalfield fires in Xinjiang was increasing，the area of some unregulated coalfield fires was expanding and the main body of responsibility was lost，which had a serious impact on the energy base construction，well division，mine planning，mine well safety production and ecological environment protection of Xinjiang′s Coal Industry.In 2019，Xinjiang has carried out the fifth general survey of coalfield fire area，based on the results of the fifth coalfield fire survey in Xinjiang，the characteristics，causes of change，hazards and impacts of the coalfield fire survey in Xinjiang were analyzed.Xinjiang coalfield fire had the characteristics of wide distribution，fast development，fast generation of new fire areas，and many risk areas for coal fire.The coalfield fire areas had the hazards of continuous combustion loss of coal resources，pollution of atmospheric environment，destruction of soil environment，pollution of water resources，prone to geological disasters.According to the above characteristics and hazards，the paper put forward the countermeasures for Xinjiang coalfield fire areas，and it provided the basic data and decision-making basis for the coalfield fire control planning in Xinjiang.
