摘    要:依托中国石化金陵分公司1.6 Mt/a延迟焦化(简称焦化)装置,研究了催化裂化油浆掺炼比对焦化装置工艺操作、产品分布、产品质量和装置能耗等的影响。结果表明,将油浆掺炼比(w)由5.6%增至12.4%后,装置的汽油、柴油收率降低,蜡油收率提高,焦炭产率提高,焦炭的灰分增加、硫含量降低。油浆掺炼比的增加还会明显增加焦化装置燃料气、蒸汽和电的消耗。此外,掺炼高固含量油浆会引发加热炉炉管结焦,堵塞分馏塔塔底过滤器,加剧设备磨损。因而,可以通过严控油浆掺炼比例、油浆脱固、调整工艺操作等方法降低掺炼油浆带来的影响,保证焦化装置长期稳定运行。

EFFECT OF BLENDING FCC SLURRY ON DELAYED COKING UNIT
Abstract:FCC slurry is blended in delayed coking unit. Compared with vacuum residuum,the FCC slurry has the characteristics of high density,low carbon residue,high aromatic content and high solid content. The experimental results of SINOPEC Jinling Company 1.6 Mt/a delayed coking unit showed that the yield of gasoline and diesel decreased,and the yield of gas oil and coke increased when the slurry blending ratio increased from 5.6% to 12.4%. The ash content of coke increased and the sulfur content of coke decreased simultaneously. Moreover,The increase of slurry blending ratio also led to the increase of fuel gas,steam and electricity consumption. The blending of slurry can cause coking in the furnace tube,blocking the filter at the bottom of fractionation tower and aggravating the wear of equipment. Controlling blending ratio,removing solid and adjusting the operation can be taken to ensure the stable operation of the delayed coking unit.
