高稳定性超深度脱硫催化剂RS-3100在柴油加氢装置的工业应用

摘    要:RS-3100催化剂是中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的高稳定性超深度加氢脱硫催化剂,首次在中国石化九江分公司1.20 Mt/a柴油加氢装置进行了工业应用。该装置于2020年4月一次开车成功,加工焦化汽柴油、催化裂化柴油和直馏柴油的混合原料,产品柴油硫质量分数小于10 μg/g,多环芳烃质量分数小于7%,达到了国Ⅵ车用柴油标准的要求。工业标定结果表明,RS-3100催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性,能够处理二次加工油比例为50%的劣质原料,稳定生产国Ⅵ柴油。

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF ULTRA-DEEP DESULFURIZATION CATALYST RS-3100 WITH HIGH STABILITY IN DIESEL HYDROGENATION UNIT
Abstract:RS-3100 catalyst,a new highly stable ultra-deep hydrodesulfurization catalyst developped by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing,was applied in the 1.2 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit of SINOPEC Jiujiang Company for the first time. The unit was successfully started up in April 2020 to process the mixed feedstocks of CGO, LCO and SRGO. The sulfur mass fraction of diesel products is less than 10 μg/g and the mass fraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is less than 7%, which can meet the requirements of China Ⅵ vehicle diesel standard. The industrial calibration results showed that RS-3100 catalyst had good activity and stability, and could be used to process 50% inferior feedstocks of secondary oil, and produce China Ⅵ vehicle diesel stably.
