摘    要:为实现地矿系统安全生产智能监管,落实双预防工作机制,归纳了风险管控和隐患排查治理双预防机制的研究成果,在全国地矿率先采用Java开发语言,使用Tomcat Web 服务器、MySQL数据库,利用Web GIS集成式平台,融合大数据、物联网技术,建设了一套具有地矿特色的基于双重预防机制智慧安全平台系统,实现风险管控和隐患排查工作全天候、全覆盖功能。经系统测试,基于项目管理为重点的信息化管理模式具有多层次、全方位、五级管控功能,实现了地质勘查工作主流程的动态智慧监管,充分体现了地勘行业的作业特点。该模式在国内居于领先地位,可为地勘行业及其他省份建设类似系统提供参考。

Abstract:In order to realize the intelligent supervision of the safety production of the geological and mining system,and implement the dual prevention mechanism,this article summarized the research results of the dual prevention mechanism for risk management and hidden danger investigation and governance,the Java development language was firstly adopted in the country′s mines,using the Tomcat Web server,MySQL database,using the Web GIS integrated platform,integrating big data and Internet of things technology,and a set of intelligent security platform system has been built based on dual prevention mechanisms with geological and mining characteristics in this paper,so as to achieve all-weather and full-coverage functions for risk control and hidden danger investigation.After system testing,the information management model based on project management has multi-level,all-round,and five-level management and control functions,which realizes the dynamic and intelligent supervision of the main process of geological survey work,and fully reflects the operational characteristics of the geological survey industry.This model is in a leading position in China and can provide reference for the construction of similar systems in the geological exploration industry and other provinces.
