煤矿通风机在线监控系统应用研究

摘    要:通风机是确保煤矿生产安全的重要手段,必须保障其运行的稳定性和可靠性。在分析煤矿及通风机系统基本情况的基础上,分析了在线监控系统的需求,并对其整体方案进行了设计。利用该系统可以对通风机各设备的状态信息进行实时检测,存在安全隐患时会发出声光警报。对监控系统的检测单元和PLC控制器部分的设计与选型情况以及PLC控制器程序设计和DIP8011软件系统进行了详细的介绍。将设计的系统应用到煤矿生产实践中,进行长时间现场测验发现效果良好,能有效检测发现通风机运行中存在的安全隐患,为煤矿企业创造了良好的经济效益和安全效益。

Abstract:Ventilator is an important means to ensure the safety of coal mine production,and the stability and reliability of its operation must be guaranteed.On the basis of analyzing the basic situation of coal mine and ventilator system,this paper analyzed the demand of online monitoring system and designs its overall scheme.With this system,the status information of each device of the ventilator can be detected in real time,and an audible and visual alarm will be issued when there is a safety hazard.The design and selection of the detection unit and PLC controller part of the monitoring system,as well as the program design of the PLC controller and the DIP8011 software system were introduced in detail.Applying the designed system to coal mine production practice,long-term on-site testing has found that the effect is good,can effectively detect and find hidden safety hazards in the operation of the ventilator,and create good economic and safety benefits for coal mine enterprises.
