煤矿巷道锚网支护机理及围岩变形规律分析

摘    要:为了改善锚网支护的耦合效果,研究了煤矿巷道锚网支护技术及围岩变形规律,理论分析了护网受力,并给出了锚网支护的强度耦合标准;采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,模拟分析了不同方案条件下巷道塑性区、应力和位移分布.研究得出,进行锚网支护后,巷道围岩变形得到有效的改善,且采用锚杆+格宾金属网支护后,巷道护表效果明显,能够有效抑制巷...

Abstract:In order to improve the coupling effect of bolt mesh supporting,the bolt mesh supporting technology and surrounding rock deformation law of coal mine roadway were studied,and the force of bolt mesh support was analyzed theoretically,and the strength coupling standard of bolt mesh support was given.FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the plastic zone,stress and displacement distribution of roadway under different conditions.The results showed that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock was effectively improved after the bolt mesh support,and the effect of roadway surface protection was obvious after the bolt + gabion metal mesh supporting,which can effectively inhibit the deformation of roadway.The research provided guidance for reasonable design of deep broken roadway.
