摘    要:以孔性质相近、酸性质存在差异的Y型分子筛为酸性组分制备加氢裂化催化剂,采用N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD、Py-IR、HRTEM等手段表征分子筛和催化剂的物化性质,以四氢萘为模型化合物在高压加氢微反装置上评价催化剂的加氢裂化反应性能.结果表明:提高Y型分子筛上强酸中心比例能促进四氢萘的转化;增加Y型分子筛上中强酸的占比...

Abstract:A series of hydrocracking catalysts were prepared using Y zeolites with similar pore properties but of different acid properties as the acid component. By virtue of N2 adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD, Py-IR and HRTEM, the zeolites and catalysts were characterized. Then the hydrocracking performance of catalysts was investigated in a high-pressure fixed-bed microreactor. Results show that: (i) increasing the ratio of the strong acid sites of Y zeolites promotes the conversion of tetralin; (ii) increasing the ratio of medium strength acid sites and the strong B/strong L acid amount ratio of Y zeolites is beneficial to the ring-opening reaction of tetralin together with the following side-chain breaking reaction,promoting the formation of benzene,toluene and xylene (BTX); (iii) adjusting the acidity of Y zeolites also changes the active phase and the hydrogenation performance of catalyst, and thus affecting the selectivity of BTX. Hence, the acid properties of zeolites are the key factor for tetralin hydrocracking to produce BTX.
