矿用液压注浆泵换向机构及液压系统的优化设计

摘    要:简要分析了ZBYS3/10-11型煤矿用液压注浆泵使用过程中存在的一些问题:设备长时间使用后换向机构失灵,换向连接片间隙过大甚至断裂,不能适应长期稳定工作的需求。对原有换向机构存在的结构缺陷进行了阐述,并优化改进了该换向机构的结构形式;同时针对液压系统长时间工作油温过高问题,提出采用恒功率柱塞泵来降低液压系统油温,液压系统节能在20%以上,增加了泵出口单向阀,有效保护了恒功率柱塞泵,并实现了对电机的过载保护,能够较好地满足注浆作业的需求。

Abstract:This paper briefly analyzed some problems existing in the use of the ZBYS3/10-11 hydraulic grouting pump for coal mines:the reversing mechanism fails after the equipment is used for a long time,the gap of the reversing connecting piece is too large,or even broken,which cannot adapt to the need of long-term stable work.This article explained the above-mentioned structural defects of the original reversing mechanism,and optimized and improves the structural form of the reversing mechanism.At the same time,there is also a long-term working oil temperature of the hydraulic system that is too high.It was proposed to use a constant power plunger pump.To reduce the oil temperature of the hydraulic system,the energy saving of hydraulic system is more than 20%.The pump outlet check valve was added,which effectively has protected the constant power plunger pump,and realized the overload protection of the motor,which can better meet the requirements of the grouting operation.
