近距离下位煤层回采巷道锚喷注支护技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对近距离下位煤层巷道掘进的复杂地质环境,在受上覆煤层的采动和深部复杂地质因素的双层作用下巷道变形量大、支护困难等问题,以己16-17-23140运输巷为研究对象,基于工程概况,研究了下位煤层回采巷道顶板失稳特征,采用锚注联合支护,提高了锚杆、锚索刚度和强度,提出3种不同层间距条件下巷道支护方式及支护技术,并进行了工业试验。研究表明,巷道支护经过方案优化后,有效控制住了巷道周围岩体移近量,回采巷道的锚杆、锚索支护力在许用范围内,说明该支护方案优化后合理可行,能够保证安全生产。

Abstract:Aiming at the complex geological environment of roadway tunneling in the lower coal seam at close distances,the large deformation of the roadway and the difficulty of supporting under the double action of the mining of the overlying coal seam and the deep complex geological factors,etc.,taking Ⅵ16-17-23140 machined roadway as the research object,based on the project overview,the roof instability characteristics of the mining roadway in the lower coal seam were studied,and the bolt and grouting combined supporting were adopted to improve the stiffness and strength of the bolt and cable.Three roadway support modes and technologies under different layer spacing are proposed,and industrial tests are carried out.The research shows that after the optimization of the roadway support scheme,the rock mass movement around the roadway is effectively controlled,and the bolt and anchor cable support force of the mining roadway is within the allowable range,which shows that the optimized support scheme is reasonable and feasible and can ensure safe production.
