摘    要:为了提升引黄灌区水利工程泥沙淤积治理水平,实现水利下游地区可持续性发展,调查了引起泥沙淤积的现实情况,并分析了其内在的形成因素,结合当地水利发展的实际情况,提出了引黄工程泥沙淤积治理方式,将其分为不同的建设治理模式,通过最终的效益,进一步明确了该治理方式的有效性。研究发现:本文提出的淤泥治理方式内部收益率达到了17%,经济效益费用比为1.24,这种治理方式有效解决了研究地区水利泥沙淤积情况,促进了该地区可持续发展,水利下游地区粮食产量提高了72.73%,人均耕地加了45%,这在一定程度上缓解了该地区水资源短缺的问题,保障了人民的生活水平,促进了当地经济的发展。

Abstract:In order to improve the level of sedimentation control of water conservancy projects in the Yellow River irrigation area,and realize the sustainable development of the downstream areas of water conservancy,the actual situation that causes sedimentation was investigated,and its internal forming factors were analyzed,combined with the actual situation of local water conservancy development,and put forward the treatment methods of sedimentation of the Yellow River diversion project were divided into different construction management modes,and the effectiveness of the treatment methods was further clarified through the final benefits.The study found that the internal rate of return of the silt treatment method proposed in this paper reached 17%,and the economic benefit cost ratio was 1.24,this treatment method effectively solved the water conservancy and sediment deposition in the study area and promoted the sustainable development of the area.The downstream grain output increased by 72.73%,and the per capita arable land increased by 45%,which to a certain extent alleviated the shortage of water resources in the region,guaranteed the people′s living standards,and promoted the development of the local economy.
