新能源电力系统复合储能多目标优化研究

摘    要:针对当前新能源电力系统复合储能单元的性能不能满足电力系统的发展要求问题,设计基于机会约束规划的新能源电力系统复合储能多目标优化方法。分析光伏发电单元与风力发电单元结构特征,构建了复合能源容量数学模型;分析了当前新能源电力系统运行要求,确定了复合储能优化目标函数;使用机会约束规划技术,完成了目标函数的求解过程。至此,基于机会约束规划的新能源电力系统复合储能多目标优化方法设计完成。构建算例实验环节,实验结果表明:机会约束优化方法可同时完成多个目标的优化过程,进一步提升复合储能单元使用效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the performance problem of composite energy storage unit in new energy power system,which can not meet the development requirements of power system,a multi-objective optimization method of composite energy storage in new energy power system based on opportunity constrained programming is designed.The structural characteristics of photovoltaic power generation unit and wind power generation unit are analyzed,and the mathematical model of composite energy capacity is constructed.To analyze the current operation requirements of new energy power system,and determine the compound energy storage optimization objective function.Using chance constrained programming technology,the objective function is solved.So far,the design of multi-objective optimization method for composite energy storage of new energy power system based on opportunity constrained programming has been completed.The experimental results show that the opportunity constrained optimization method can complete the optimization process of multiple objectives at the same time,and further improve the use effect of composite energy storage unit.
