矿井通风机远程监控系统设计与应用研究

摘    要:通风机是保障矿井安全生产的重要设备,其运行过程的安全性和可靠性有非常高的要求。在对矿井通风机基本情况进行简要概述的基础上,设计了通风机系统的远程监控系统整体方案,该方案主要划分为3个层级。系统主要利用多种传感器对通风机系统现场情况进行实时监测,并将监测的数据信息传输到S7-200型PLC控制器中进行分析,以掌握通风机的运行状态。如果主通风机出现故障停止工作,可立即切换到备用通风机运行。通风机工作时出现安全隐患,系统会在监控大屏上进行显示并警告。将设计的远程监控系统应用到实践中,整体运行稳定,应用效果显著。

Abstract:Ventilators are important equipment to ensure safe production in mines,and the safety and reliability of their operation process have very high requirements.On the basis of a brief overview of the basic situation of the mine ventilator,the overall scheme of the remote monitoring system of the ventilator system was designed.The scheme was mainly divided into three levels.The system mainly used a variety of sensors to monitor the real-time situation of the ventilator system,and transmitted the monitored data information to the S7-200 PLC controller for analysis to grasp the operation status of the ventilator.If the main ventilator failed and stopped working,it could be immediately switched to the backup ventilator to run.When the ventilator was working,if there was a safety hazard,the system would display and warn on the large monitoring screen.Applying the designed remote monitoring system to practice,the overall operation was stable and the application effect was remarkable.
