离子风静电除尘器集尘效率数值仿真研究

摘    要:静电除尘器是通过在放电针施加高压电场使周围气体发生电离形成电晕放电,使得气流中的粉尘荷电,带电后的粒子受静电力的作用与气流分离并朝向负极板运动,从而达到粉尘收集的目的。通过计算流体力学模型(CFD),研究离子风对静电除尘器内流场和粉尘收集效率的影响,该模型耦合了电晕放电、气体流、颗粒荷电及传输。结果显示,在电极附近电场强度和空间电荷密度达到最大,分别是7.03×106 V/m和3.93×10-4 C/m3。在施加27、20 kV电压时,离子风速度可分别达到1.92、1.79 m/s。通过对不同粒径粉尘的除尘效率研究发现,处在中间粒径粉尘收集效率最低。

Abstract:The electrostatic precipitator applies a high-voltage electric field to the discharge needle to ionize the surrounding gas to form a corona discharge,so that the dust in the airflow is charged,and the charged particles are separated from the airflow by the electrostatic force and move toward the negative plate to reach the dust purpose of collection.The computational fluid dynamics model(CFD) was used to study the influence of ion wind on the flow field and dust collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator.The model coupled corona discharge,gas flow,particle charging and transmission.The results showed that the electric field intensity and space charge density reached the maximum near the electrode,which were 7.03×106 V/m and 3.93×10-4 C/m3,respectively.When voltages of 27 and 20 kV are applied,the ion wind speed can reach 1.92 and 1.79 m/s,respectively.Through the research on the dust removal efficiency of different particle size dust,it was found that the dust collection efficiency in the middle particle size was the lowest.
