摘    要:目前,我国现存大批已运行多年的老油气管线,埋在环境复杂的地下并长期遭受金属腐蚀,特别是埋于地下的长输油气管道因为隐蔽性高、跨越距离远等因素,导致发生泄漏事故时泄漏点不易被发现。研究油气管道泄漏的检测与定位分析,对于制定应急维抢修方案以及减少泄漏事故损失具有重要意义。在测绘数据的基础上,利用VS2010开发平台配以空间数据库并结合地理信息系统提供的GIS插件、工具、组件库,搭建了油气管道及其附属设施的基于GIS的二维、三维表达平台,用于分析管线泄漏点的检测、定位以及制定维抢修方案。管道泄漏目标点的及时有效定位,提高了维抢修人员的工作效率,缩短了其到达事故地点的时间,减少了企业的直接经济损失并降低了泄漏事故对周边环境的进一步破坏。

Abstract:At present,a large number of old oil and gas pipelines which have been in operation for many years in China are buried in the underground with complex environment and suffered from metal corrosion for a long time,especially the long buried oil and gas pipelines,because of high concealment and long span distance,it is difficult to find the leakage point in case of leakage accident.The research on the detection and location analysis of oil and gas pipeline leakage is of great significance for the formulation of emergency maintenance plan and the reduction of leakage accident loss.On the basis of Surveying and mapping data,using VS2010 development platform and spatial database,combined with GIS plug-ins,tools and component library provided by geographic information system,a two-dimensional and three-dimensional expression platform based on GIS for oil and gas pipeline and its ancillary facilities is built,which is used to analyze the detection and positioning of pipeline leakage points and formulate maintenance and repair plans.The timely and effective positioning of the pipeline leakage target points improves the work efficiency of the maintenance and repair personnel,shortens the time for them to arrive at the accident site,reduces the direct economic loss of the enterprise,and reduces the further damage of the leakage accident to the surrounding environment.
