X形插板连接型钢结构梁柱节点受力性能

摘    要:为提高采用梁柱栓焊连接节点的变电站的安装施工效率,考虑变电站钢结构受力性能特点,提出在方钢管柱4个角部的45°方向焊接柱端钢板,钢梁端部焊接梁端钢板,然后通过高强螺栓连接梁端钢板和柱端钢板形成一种新型X形插板连接型钢结构梁柱装配式节点。设计了4个具有不同梁端钢板厚度和螺栓直径的节点模型并进行了受力性能试验。采用ABAQUS软件建立了节点模型并验证了模型的准确性,基于校核后的节点有限元模型分析了柱端钢板厚度和螺栓数量对节点受力性能的影响。结果表明:节点破坏主要发生在钢梁与梁端钢板焊缝连接处; 增加梁端钢板厚度和螺栓直径能显著提高节点的转动刚度和承载力,但仍为半刚性连接节点; 增加柱端钢板厚度和增加螺栓数量可以减小柱端钢板的损伤,但对梁端钢板损伤几乎不产生影响,同时增加螺栓数量的设计方式还可以提高节点的承载力。

Mechanical Performance of Beam-column Connection Joints with X-shaped Inserted Plate in Steel Structure

Abstract:In order to improve the installation and construction efficiency of the substation with beam-column bolt-welded joints, considering the mechanical performance characteristics of the steel structure of the substation, a new type of beam-column assembled joint with X-shaped inserted plate in steel structure was proposed to weld the steel plate at the column end in the 45 ° direction of the four corners of the square steel tube column, and the steel plate at the beam end was welded at the end of the steel beam, then the steel plate at the beam end and the steel plate at the column end were connected by high-strength bolts. Four joint models with different steel plate thicknesses and bolt diameters were designed and mechanical property tests were carried. The joint model was established by ABAQUS software and the accuracy of the model was verified. Based on the finite element model of the joint, the influence of the thickness of the steel plate at the column end and the number of bolts on the mechanical performance of the joint was analyzed. The results show that the joint failure mainly occurs at the weld joint between the steel beam and the steel plate at the beam end. Increasing the thickness of beam-end steel plate and the diameter of bolt can significantly improve the rotational stiffness and bearing capacity of the joint, and the joint is still semi-rigid joint. Increasing the thickness of the column end steel plate and the number of bolts can reduce the damage of the column end steel plate, but it has little effect on the damage of the beam end steel plate. At the same time, increasing the number of bolts can also improve the bearing capacity of the joint.
