矿井通风机故障排查系统设计

摘    要:基于传感器、数据采集卡、电子计算机等设备,建立了一套应用于矿井通风机设备的故障排查系统,详细介绍了煤矿主要通风机故障机理以及故障排查系统的整体分析流程,具体阐述了该系统中各硬件设备的选型方案,搭建了故障排查系统硬件平台,并将该系统应用于焦家寒煤矿通风机设备的故障排查工作。根据实地检测与人工观察发现,研究设计的矿井通风机故障排查系统能够准确识别出风机是否处于故障状态,能够满足矿井通风机故障检测工作在实时性方面的要求。

Abstract:It wa based on sensors,data acquisition cards,electronic computers and other equipment,a set of fault troubleshooting system applied to mine ventilator equipment had been established.The fault mechanism of coal mine main ventilator and the overall analysis process of the fault troubleshooting system were introduced in detail,and the system was described in detail.The hardware equipment selection schemes in China had built a hardware platform for the troubleshooting system,and the system was applied to the troubleshooting of the ventilator equipment in Jiaojiahan Coal Mine.According to on-site inspections and manual observations,the mine ventilator troubleshooting system designed by research could accurately identify whether the fan was in a fault state,and could meet the real-time requirements of mine ventilator fault detection.
