Abstract:The local fan of heading face is the key equipment to ensure the air quality and safety of roadway. The mine is facing the serious threat of gas accidents,so it is necessary to improve the working performance of local fans.Due to the excessive energy consumption of local fans in operation,it is impossible to adjust the fan speed according to the concentration of harmful gases in the air. In order to improve the intelligent control technology of local fan and achieve the purpose of saving energy consumption,the frequency conversion control system of local fan is designed.MATLAB simulation technology software is used to establish the control system model. Through hardware selection and software program design,the accurate control of frequency conversion control system to local fan is realized.The frequency conversion control system is applied to the actual engineering test,and the operation results show that the control scheme and effect of the system can meet the engineering requirements.
