电脱水技术在氢化苯乙烯/异戊二烯共聚物胶乳脱水中的应用

摘    要:考察了电脱水温度及压力、乳胶上升速率、电场强度对氢化苯乙烯/异戊二烯共聚物(SEPS)胶乳脱水效果的影响。结果表明,SEPS胶乳电脱水的最佳条件为:操作温度75~85 ℃,胶乳上升速率2 cm/min,电场强度800~1 000 V/cm。经电脱水技术脱水的SEPS胶乳含水质量分数小于1.5%。

Abstract:The effects of electric dehydration temperature and pressure, latex rising rate and electric field intensity on dehydration of hydrogenated styrene/isoprene copolymer (SEPS) latex were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the electric dehydration of SEPS latex were as follows: Operating temperature was 75-85 ℃, latex rising rate was 2 cm/min, and electric field intensity was 800-1 000 V/cm. The mass fraction of water in SEPS latex dehydrated by electric dehydration technology was less than 1.5%.
