煤矿无轨胶轮车调度系统设计与应用研究

摘    要:为保障煤矿无轨胶轮车的安全运行,设计了调度系统,系统整体上可以划分为地面部分和井下部分。井下部分主要负责车辆相关信息的采集,井上部分主要负责数据的存储、分析及车辆的调度。以直行窄巷道为例,详细阐述了无轨胶轮车的调度思路和详细调度过程。对调度系统中使用的主要硬件设施和软件程序进行了简要介绍。将调度系统应用到煤矿生产实践中,并对各项功能进行测试发现均达到了预期效果。调度系统的成功应用,在很大程度上提升了煤矿的安全性,为煤矿企业创造了较好的效益。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicles in coal mines,a dispatching system was designed.The system as a whole can be divided into the ground part and the underground part.The downhole part is mainly responsible for the collection of vehicle-related information,and the uphole part is mainly responsible for data storage,analysis and vehicle scheduling.Taking the straight narrow roadway as an example,the dispatching ideas and detailed dispatching process of the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle were elaborated in detail.The main hardware facilities and software programs used in the dispatch system were briefly introduced.The scheduling system was applied to coal mine production practice,and various functions were tested and found to have achieved the expected results.The successful practical application of the dispatching system has greatly improved the safety of coal mines and created good benefits for coal mine enterprises.
