摘    要:使用GCMS-QP2010 Ultra气相色谱质谱联用仪结合UNITY-xr电子制冷预浓缩仪,建立了检测环境空气中15种ODS的方法。环境空气样品置于苏玛罐中,经UNITY-xr电子制冷预浓缩仪富集、脱附、除水、除二氧化碳和浓缩后,进入GCMS进行分析,以SIM方式进行采集,外标法定量。结果显示:所有化合物在0.05 ng/mL的浓度下,峰面积RSD均小于3.70%,在0.05~1.00 ng/mL的浓度范围内线性相关系数均大于0.999 0,检出限为0.128~2.942 pg/mL。本方法简单易操作、重现性好、检出限低,是环境空气中ODS的理想分析方法。

Abstract:Using GCMS-QP2010 Ultra gas chromatography-mass spectrometer combined with UNITY-xr electronic refrigeration preconcentrator,a method for detecting 15 kinds of ODS in ambient air was established.Ambient air samples were placed in Suma tanks,after being enriched,desorbed,water removed,carbon dioxide removed and concentrated by the UNITY-xr electronic refrigeration preconcentrator,they enter GCMS for analysis,collected by SIM,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the peak area RSD of all compounds was less than 3.70% at the concentration of 0.05 ng/mL,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 0 in the concentration range of 0.05 to 1.00 ng/mL,and the detection limit was 0.128 to 2.942 pg/ mL.This method was simple and easy to operate,with good reproducibility,and low detection limit.It was an ideal analysis method for ODS in ambient air.
