煤矿提升机天轮故障分析及监测方法研究

摘    要:为了确保煤矿提升机的安全运行,采用故障树对煤矿提升机天轮故障进行分析,建立了煤矿提升机天轮故障树,确定3种故障特征:轴承故障导致的天轮噪声过大、井架安装不正导致的井架倾斜和天轮安装不正导致的天轮偏摆过大。研究了煤矿提升机天轮故障监测方法,对提升机天轮的运行状态进行了监测,并构建了系统的软、硬件部分,对采集的天轮振动信号处理进行了研究。研究结果为煤矿提升机天轮的正常运转提供了技术支持。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation of coal mine hoists,this paper used a fault tree to analyze the failure of the coal mine hoist head sheave,established a fault tree of hoist head sheave in coal mine,and determined three fault characteristics:mainly the excessive noise of the head sheave caused by the bearing failure,the derrick tilt caused by the incorrect installation of the derrick,and the excessive swing of the head sheave caused by the incorrect installation of the head sheave.The method of monitoring the failure of the coal mine hoist head sheave was studied,mainly to monitor the operation status of the hoist head sheave,the software and hardware parts of the system were constructed,and the collected sheave vibration signal processing was studied.The research can provide technical support for the normal operation of the mine hoist head sheave.
