煤层气蓄热氧化热能调控试验研究

摘    要:为了提高低浓度煤层气蓄热氧化井筒加热工艺热能利用效率、减少资源浪费,以阳煤五矿小南庄低浓度煤层气蓄热氧化井筒加热项目为例,开展热能调控试验研究。得出热能调控的规律:井筒加热和建筑供暖的用能负荷均随环境温度的升高而减小;烟气调节阀的开度随环境温度升高而减小,原料气调节阀的开度随环境温度升高而减小;在一定温度范围内,主风机频率随环境温度升高而减小。在低浓度煤层气蓄热氧化井筒加热工艺运行过程中,当环境温度升高时,适当减小原料气调节阀开度,同时减小烟气调节阀开度并适当降低主风机频率,可以减少能源浪费,提高经济效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the heat energy utilization efficiency of the low-concentration coal-bed methane regenerative oxidation wellbore heating process and reduce resource waste,it was took the low-concentration coal-bed methane regenerative oxidation wellbore heating project of Yangquan Coal No.5 Mine as an example to carry out thermal energy regulation and control experiments.The law of thermal energy regulation was obtained:the energy load of wellbore heating and building heating decreases with the increase of ambient temperature;the opening of the flue gas regulating valve decreased with the increase of ambient temperature,and the opening of the raw gas regulating valve decreased with the increase of ambient temperature;within a certain temperature range,the frequency of the main fan decreased with the increase of ambient temperature.During the operation of the low-concentration coal-bed methane heat storage oxidation wellbore heating process,when the ambient temperature rised,appropriately reduced the opening of the feed gas regulating valve,while reducing the opening of the flue gas regulating valve and appropriately reducing the frequency of the main fan.Energy waste improved economic efficiency.
