综掘机和整体模板台车在冻结斜井的应用

矿建冻结施工技术成熟已广泛使用，我国西北地区因煤层埋藏较浅，多采用斜坡道开拓法开采（斜井开拓），近年来矿建冻结斜井施工工程逐渐增多，传统炮掘配合箕斗运输、拼装模板支护的施工工艺，已不能适应矿建工程建设的要求。为了满足工程建设的需要，不断探索新的施工工艺，促进了冻结斜井快速施工方法不断发展，合理选择施工设备和支护形式，对工程进度起着重要的影响，其中综掘机配全断面整体移动模板台车支护、胶轮车运输的方法，在冻结斜井施工中的应用取得了显著的效果。冻结斜井中采用综掘机破岩掘进，配防爆无轨胶轮车运输矸石，混凝土浇筑支护采用2套全断面整体模板台车支护，各工序有序衔接，取得了成巷80 m/月最好成绩，同时对在冻结斜井施工遇到的问题进行了阐述，就今后施工该类工程的注意事项提出了建议。

Application of comprehensive digging machine and integral formwork trolley in freezing inclined shaft

The freezing construction technology of mine construction is mature and has been widely used.In northwest of our country，due to the shallow coal seam buried，the slope road development method （inclined shaft development） is mostly adopted.In recent years，the construction of freezing inclined shafts in mine construction has gradually increased，and traditional blasting has been combined with skips.The construction technology of transportation and assembling formwork supporting can no longer meet the requirements of mining construction projects.In order to meet the needs of engineering construction，we constantly explored new construction techniques and promote the continuous development of rapid construction methods for frozen inclined shafts.The reasonable selection of construction equipment and supporting forms had an important impact on the progress of the project.Among them，the fully-mechanized excavator was equipped with full-face the application of integral mobile formwork trolley supporting and rubber-tyred vehicle transportation in the construction of frozen inclined shafts had achieved remarkable results.In the frozen inclined shaft，a comprehensive excavator was used to break the rock，and an explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle was used to transport the gangue.The concrete pouring supporting was supported by 2 sets of full-face integral formwork trolleys.The various processes were connected in an orderly manner and the roadway was 80 m/month.At the same time，it explained the problems encountered in the construction of the freezing inclined shaft，and put forward suggestions on the precautions for the construction of this type of project in the future.
