深部煤层底板抽采巷道空间位置关系及围岩稳定性研究

摘    要:针对平煤股份十矿深部煤层底板瓦斯治理巷道围岩稳定性差的难题,以己15-16-33190工作面底板巷道为工程背景,基于煤层底板破坏力学模型计算出采动影响对底板岩层扰动破坏影响深度,并确定底板巷道布置的层位;建立底板巷内错、外错3 m和垂直布置3种离散元计算模型。分析可知:内错布置底板巷道周围垂直和水平应力显现均不明显,有利于保持巷道围岩的稳定性;根据现场工程条件底板巷分别采用梯形、拱形2种断面,有利于保持巷道围岩的稳定性。通过分析监测数据可知:在煤层巷道掘进期间,底板巷道顶板下沉量控制在200 mm以内,两帮移近量控制在110 mm以内,回采期间顶板下沉量控制在400 mm以内,两帮移近量控制在210 mm以内,底板巷道围岩变形量得到了有效的控制。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor stability of the surrounding rock in the deep coal seam floor gas treatment of No.10 mine of Pingdinghshan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,taking the floor roadway of the Ⅵ15-16-33190 working face as the engineering background,based on the mechanical model of coal seam floor failure,the influence depth of mining influence on floor rock disturbance and failure was calculated,and the horizon of floor roadway layout was determined;three discrete element calculation models were established for the floor roadway internal fault,external fault 3 m and vertical layout.The analysis showed that the vertical and horizontal stress around the floor roadway with internal fault layout do not appear.Obviously,it is beneficial to maintain the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway;according to the site engineering conditions,the flooe roadway adopts trapezoidal and arched sections,which is beneficial to maintain the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.Through the analysis of monitoring data,it could be known that during the excavation of the coal seam roadway,the subsidence of the roof of the floor roadway is controlled within 200 mm,and the approaching amount of the two sides is controlled within 110 mm.During the period of coal winning,the subsidence of the roof is controlled within 400 mm,and the approaching amount of the two sides is controlled within 210 mm.The surrounding rock deformation of floor roadway has been effectively controlled.
