装配式可更换梁段腹板开孔削弱型节点滞回性能

摘    要:为了使塑性铰出现在可更换梁段上的削弱处,提高节点的受力性能,提出了装配式可更换梁段腹板开孔削弱型节点,运用有限元软件ABAQUS对该新型节点展开循环荷载作用下的受力性能分析,探讨了腹板开孔半径、腹板开孔位置、梁端端板板厚和连接端板板厚对该新型节点滞回性能的影响。结果表明:梁腹板开孔半径对节点滞回性能的影响较为显著,开孔过大或者过小都会对节点的滞回性能造成不利影响,建议梁腹板开孔半径r=(0.2250.25)h(h为梁截面高度); 腹板开孔圆心至梁端端板距离l过小时,不利于保护端板焊缝,距离过大时节点破坏形式接近传统端板节点,无法实现塑性铰外移的目的,建议腹板开孔时l=(0.70.8)h; 连接端板板厚与梁端端板板厚取值一致或适当减小,但不宜小于连接螺栓直径。

Abstract:In order to make the plastic hinge appear at the weakening part of the replaceable beam section and improve the mechanical performance of the joint, a assembled weakening joint with opening in replaceable beam web was proposed. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the mechanical performance of the new joint under cyclic load. The effects of web opening radius, web opening location, beam end plate thickness and connection end plate thickness on the hysteretic behavior of the new joint were discussed. The results show that the influence of the beam web opening radius on the hysteretic behavior of the joint is significant. If the opening is too large or too small, the hysteretic behavior of the joint will be adversely affected. It is recommended that the beam web opening radius r=(0.225~0.25)h(h is the height of beam section). When the distance between the center of web opening and the end plate of beam l is too small, it is not conducive to protect the end plate weld. When the distance is too large, the failure mode of the joint is close to that of the traditional end plate joint, and the plastic hinge can not be moved out. It is suggested that l=(0.7~0.8)h when web opening. The thickness of the connecting end plate is the same as the beam end plate thickness or appropriately reduced, but should not be smaller than the connecting bolt diameter.
