| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了普通玻璃纤维铝合金过滤网用于铝合金型内过滤的性能、机理和浇注系统截面积计算。通过实验和生产应用表明,这种过滤网成本低、厚度小、发气量低、强度高、过滤效果好、使用方便,是一种适合我国情况的铝合金型内过滤网。

| Abstract: | In this paper the properties and mechanism of general glass fibre filter screens for filtering molten aluminium alloy in mould,and the calculation of the cross-section area of the gating system are introduced. The results of experiments and productive application show,that the filter screen has the advantages of low cost,small thickness,low gas evolution, high strength,excellent effectiveness and being convenient for use.It is a suitable filter for molten aluminium alloy in the mould in our country. |
