摘    要:理论与实际相结合,分析了产生高温腐蚀的主要原因,认为合理配风、调整燃烧和组织好炉内空气动力场是防止和解决高温腐蚀的根本措施。详细介绍了多切圆燃烧技术在解决锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀中的应用。

Abstract:Based on theoretical and practical experience, the main reasons of the high temperature corrosion are analyzed. The concrete measures for preventing and settling high temperature corrosion are reasonable air distribution, adjusting burning and managing air-dynamic fields. The application of multi-tangential firing technology to settling the high temperature corrosion of water wall tube of boiler is introduced in detail.
