浅谈油田“三支人才队伍”的建设

人才资源是企业的第一资源。从油田改革、发展、稳定的实际出发,建设高素质的经营管理人才、专业技术人才、技能操作人才队伍,是油田贯彻落实中央人才工作会议精神的具体体现。只有创新人才选用的观念与机制,有效地提高各类人才的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力,才能建设好“三支人才队伍”,不断提升油田的核心竞争能力。
