| 摘 要： | 从信息化推动工业化发展的现状出发，应用解释结构模型法（IsM），得到信息化推动工业化发展影响因素的三级递阶模型，提炼出信息技术创新、资源节约和设备信息化改造是信息化推动工业化发展的直接影响因素，并从鼓励信息技术创新、节能减排和设备的智能化、数字化和网络化改造等方面提出具体对策。

| Abstract: | A three-level hierarchical model based on the Interpretative Structural Modeling Meth- od （ISM） is investigated in present development of industrialization promoted by informatization. Three factors, such as informational technical innovation, resource conservation and equipment reform for informatization, are concluded to be the direct factors for the industrialization promo- ted by informatization. The countermeasures to the development are proposed according to these direct factors. |
