摘    要:对31CrMoV9钢棒料和大型齿圈坯件进行了双细化处理。结果表明,双细化工艺处理可使Ф70mm的棒料完全淬透,高温回火后组织为回火索氏体1级,晶粒度6.5~7.5级,力学性能达到或超过德国相关标准,并解决了含V钢切削性能差的问题。

Abstract:The bars and heavy gear ring blanks of 31CrMoV9 steel were solution-double-refinement treated. The results show that 70-mm-diam bar can be through hardened, and after high tempering the size class number of the tempered sorbite is 1, and the grain size number is 6.5 to 7.5, the mechanical properties reaching or exceeding those in the Germany standards, and removing cutting ability problem of vanadium-containing steel.
