| 摘 要： | 随着移动通信技术飞速发展，移动增值业务将成为未来电信产业发展的主要经济增长点，选择移动电话交换机容量、电信业职工数、光缆线路长度等指标作为输入指标，电信业务总量、移动增值业务收人等3个指标作为输出指标，建立移动增值业务运营效率评价指标体系，利用DEA方法对2011年全国31个省市的移动增值业务运营数据进行实证分析，得出各省市移动增值业务发展极不均衡的结论。

| Abstract: | An input-output model is established in this paper by choosing the mobile telephone exchange capacity, number of telecommunication industry employees and telecommunications ca- ble length as input index,and choosing mobile value-added revenue and telecommunication services as output index. The DEA method is used in this paper to analyze the operational data of telecom industry in 31 various provinces in China. Relevant suggestions to promote the imple- mentation of mobile value-added service industry chain of each node to win are given, such as strengthening the government support, establishing industry alliance, enhancing the innovation consciousness. |
