石墨烯/ATO纳米复合材料的制备与表征

摘    要:以石墨烯、五水四氯化锡、三氯化锑为原料制备了石墨烯/ATO纳米复合材料,并通过XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TEM等分析测试方法对合成的复合材料进行了表征。结果表明:ATO纳米粒子吸附在石墨烯的表面,增加了导电结点、形成了导电网络结构,有效地避免了石墨烯片的堆叠,同时增强了石墨烯的导电性能。

Abstract:Graphene is the ideal carder of new nanocomposite materials which has unique nanostructures and excellent physical and chemical properties. In this paper, we prepared graphene/ATO nanocomposites by graphene, stannic chloride pentahydrate, antimony chloride .The properties of the composites were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM and other analytical methods.The results indicate that:ATO nanoparticles adsorbed on the surface of graphene, increase the conductive nodes, forming a conductive network structure, effectively avoids the stacked graphene sheets, while enhancing the conductive properties of graphene.
