摘    要:为研究合金元素Sr对ZA35合金耐腐蚀性能的影响,采用电化学工作站测试ZA35和ZA350.15Sr两种合金在20,40,60℃NaOH溶液中的开路电位和极化曲线,结合合金组织和表面腐蚀形貌,探讨了Sr对ZA35合金电化学腐蚀性能的作用规律.结果表明:两种合金的开路电位均随NaOH溶液温度升高而降低,相同温度下,ZA3...

Abstract:The open-circuit potential and polarization curve of ZA35 and ZA35-0.15Sr alloys in NaOH aqueous solution at 20 ℃,40 ℃and 60 ℃ were studied by means of electrochemical workstation for studying the effect of alloying element Sr on corrosion resistance of ZA35 alloy.The result shows that: when the temperature is elevated,the open-circuit potential of alloys are gradually shifted in the negative direction,the open-circuit potential of ZA35-0.15Sr alloy is higher than that of ZA35 alloy at the same temperature;Both of the alloys dissolve during weak polarization and passive during strong polarization,the corrosion resistance of ZA35-0.15Sr alloy is higher than that of ZA35 alloy at the same temperature;Compared to ZA35 alloy,ZA35-0.15Sr alloy with refined grain and dendrite improve the corrosion resistance in NaOH solution.
