摘    要:设计了一种基于GPRS的塔机实时无线远程监测系统。为了保障塔机的运行安全和对塔机出现事故后进行数据分析,要求地面远程第三方能够对塔机的实时运行状况进行监测、报警,并对塔机运行过程中的工况参数记录。针对这一需求,设计了基于GPRS通信模块、C8051F120单片机为主体核心的远程监测系统的实现方案。结果表明:该系统具有成本低、稳定性好、实时监测、定时上报监测数据、基于互联网的自动管理等特点。

Abstract:Real-time remote monitoring system of tower crane is designed based on GPRS.In order to guarantee the safety of operation of the tower and data analysis on tower accident,demand ground remote the third party to the real-time running situation of the tower monitoring,alarming,and conditions parameter of tower is recorded in running process.According to the demand,the real-time monitoring system for the main body of the scheme based on GPRS and the single-chip computer C8051F120 SCM is designed.Results show that the system has characteristics of good stability,low cost,real-time monitoring,timing report monitoring data,automatic management based on the Internet,and so on.
