基于LabVIEW的Pt1000自动测试与配对系统设计

摘    要:针对人工进行Pt1000测试与配对过程中存在的效率低下且容易出错的问题,设计了基于Lab-VIEW的Pt1000自动测试与配对系统。该测试系统采集Pt1000在3个不同温度下的电阻值,并经过滤波、放大及A/D模块送至上位机,由软件实现对采集数据的读取、管理、配对及显示功能。实践证明:该系统程序界面友好且易于操作,测量精度与配对率高,有效提高了Pt1000的测试和配对效率。

Abstract:The artificial process of Pt1000 testing and pairing has low efficiency and is easy to make mistakes. The automatic test and pair system for Pt1000 based on LabVIEW is designed to solve these problems.Resistance values under different temperatures are collected through the system and sent to upper computer after being filtered and amplified.The collected data is read out,managed,paired and displayed by software.The result of experiment proves this system meets the requirements of friendly interface,convenience in use and high precision,pairing rate and efficiency.
