摘    要:基于权函数理论设计出一种新颖的多电极电磁流量计,其转换器部分采用VM1微处理器作为处理核心,实现控制磁路系统、信号采集、数据重构以及显示和调节控制等功能。该设计通过测量流场边界处的感应电压,进而重构速度分布并实时显示。实验证明:该种电磁流量计具有较高的测量精度,并提供可靠的速度重构结果。

Abstract:A novel multi-electrode electromagnetic flow meter(EMFM) based on weight value theory is developed which uses VM1 microcontroller as the processing core of the converter.The VM1 microcontroller is used to realize control magnetic circuit,acquire voltage signals,data reconstruction,display and regulating control and other functions.By measuring the induced voltages at the boundary of the flow field so as to reconstructs and real time display the velocity distribution.The experimental results demonstrate that this kind of electromagnetic flow meter has high measuring precision and provide reliable velocity reconstruction result.
