齿轮轴承温度遥测系统设计

摘    要:为实现旋转状态下的齿轮轴承的温度测量,设计了一种轴承温度遥测系统。该系统采用热电偶配合冷端补偿作为温度测量技术手段,利用感应耦合电能传输(ICPT)原理的非接触式电能接入技术和直接序列扩频数字无线通信技术,完成了温度信号的采集、非接触电能传输、无线数据发射与接收,实现了对轴承温度的遥测。轴承温度遥测试验结果表明:系统所测得的轴承温度与油膜温变化趋势相同,与理论相符,证明了该系统满足齿轮轴承温度测量的实际需求。

Abstract:To realize temperature measurement on rotate axletree on gear,a set of temperature remote measurement system of axletree on gear is designed.This system uses thermoelectric couple and compensation,using the technology of inductive power supply which based on inductive coupled power transfer(ICPT) principle and technology of digital wireless communication of direct sequence frequency extend,accomplishes the acquisition of temperature signal,inductive power supply and wireless data sending and receiving,accomplishes the remote measurement of axletree’s temperature.The result indicates that the system conforms to the requirement of temperature measurement on axletree on gear.
