Abstract:Cathode material 0.5Li2MnO3-LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 was synthesized via low-temperature combustion process using LiNO3,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,Mn(NO3)2 and CO(NH2)2 as raw materials.The effects of reheating treatment on the structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the products were investigated.Its crystalline and electrochemical performance were improved by reheating treatment.The optimum reheating conditions were:to reheat at 850 ℃ for 20 h.0.5Li2MnO3-LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 synthesized under such conditions had fine electrochemical performance.When cycled at 0.1 C in 2.5~4.6 V,its specific discharge capacity was up to 217.1 mAh/g and retained 191.6 mAh/g in the 50th cycle.
