摘    要:用户交互是智能电网的重要特征之一,也是提高客户满意度的重要手段。通过对用户互动服务平台的系统架构研究,提出了以计量自动化系统为基础构建互动服务平台的设计思路,并以深圳供电局为例实现了用户互动平台的设计与研发。通过互动平台为电力用户提供节能用电建议,根据用电建议改造设备或改变用电模式,让用电更加经济,更加合理。

Abstract:One of the most important feature for Smart Grid is user interaction,and it is also a important method to improve the customer satisfaction.By the research of system construction which is connected to the Service Platform of user interaction,the paper proposes a design thought based on Metering Automatic system to build a Service Platform for user interaction,and takes Shenzhen power supply bureau as example to realize the design and development of Service Platform for user interaction.Energy consumer could get suggestions from Service Platform which is about the energy saving electricity.According to the suggestions of reforming device and changing the model of electricity using,it can make electricity using be more economic and more reasonable.
