翼片式空气流量传感器翼片形状的研究

摘    要:针对目前翼片式空气流量传感器在工作过程中存在压力损失较大的缺点,通过对汽车进气管道内气流状况的分析,明确造成压力损失较大的主要原因是翼片面积过大。将翼片面积缩小为原定面积的20%后,分别对等翼片面积时圆形翼片、扇形翼片、弓形翼片、部分圆环翼片等4种不同形状下的对应转动力矩进行了计算。对比得出采用弓形翼片在相同压力损失下可获得最大转动力矩,此力矩能够满足怠速时流量的测量,为新型翼片式空气流量传感器翼片的设计提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:Aimed at the disadvantage of pressure loss which exists in the vane air flow sensor,by analyzing the flow state in the pipe,it is found that the main reason of pressure loss is the too large area of wing-rib.Decreasing the wing-rib area to 20 % of original area,the rotating torqueses are calculated with the different shapes,for example,circular,fan,bow and partial circular ring.The results show that the wing-rib with bow shape has the biggest rotating torque with the same pressure loss among the 4 kinds of wing shapes,and the torque can meet the measuring acquirement in the idle state.The results also can be useful in the design of the new style vane air flow sensor.
