无卡式预购电在计量自动化系统中的应用

摘    要:针对目前应用的IC卡预购电系统中传递信息出现的不读卡、信息出错等故障情况,本文设计了利用计量自动化系统低压集抄模块功能对欠费的低压用户进行无卡式预购电的管理方案,由客户端、服务器、集中器、采集器和电能表交互处理数据构成无卡式预购电管理系统,实现远程用电控制、远程抄表、远程监测等功能。该系统的应用缩短了抄表周期,避免了因工作量大而导致的时差电量现象,有利于实时线损计算。该方案有效快速对拖欠电费用户进行跟踪管理,提高电费回收率,使得整个系统应用置于电力公司的控管之下。

Abstract:In view of problems such as unreadable card and wrong messages persisted in recently popular IC-card prepayment system,this article describes the design of cardless prepayment system using automatic metering module in power management system to manage non-payment electricity consumer in a cardless prepayment manner.The system is composed of client terminal,server,concentrator,data-collector and electricity meter interchanging data,which implements remote power control,remote metering and remote monitoring.It can complete bulk metering works instantly,avoid the delay power phenomenon caused by heavy workload,and enable real-time accurate line-loss calculation.The system efficiently traces and manages non-payment consumers,greatly improving fees collection,so that the whole system can be controlled by the power company.
