摘    要:在电池管理中对各锂离子电池单体进行电压准确测量是开路电压法判断电池电量并进行均衡管理的重要部分。本文针对现有电压巡检系统不足做了简要分析,设计了一种利用光耦合控制开关器件组成开关阵列对电动汽车锂离子电池组进行电压测量的系统,详细分析了各部分电路的工作原理,并给出了实验数据。经实验,该电路能可靠、准确地对串联电池组的电压进行测量。系统具有一致性好、抗干扰能力强、实用性强等优点。

Abstract:The lithium-ion battery is required accurate voltage measurements to determine the state-of-charge and equalization management by open-circuit voltage method in the battery management system.Existing voltage measurements have some deficiencies.In this paper,a measurement the voltage of electric vehicle lithium-ion battery system is presented which using light coupling control switch array.The principle of circuit is analyzed in detail and gives the experimental data.The experiments show that the circuit can be reliably and accurately on the series battery voltage measurement,which has advantages of good consistency anti-electromagnetic interference,actual value etc.
